Vistosi's design embodies the fusion of ancient handmade and mouth-blown glass techniques with design experiments, as well as the study of new materials and new ways of "decorating with glass". All of this translates into very contemporary collections.
In each of the Vistosi collections, the skill of the techniques and the treatment of the materials are combined with an emblematic design. Perhaps it is because we know better than anyone the secret compositions of sands and minerals, jealously handed down for centuries and which constantly produce new "alchemies". These increase the transparency, malleability and purity of glass, creating new colors, decorations and reflections.
A permanent tension pushes us to improve techniques and materials, to search for unexpected harmonies between glass and its forms: the nobility of the element is highlighted by the study of lines; the material is worked in our workshop to give the best possible interpretation. All this is done in the knowledge that beautiful glass does not shine alone, but radiates its beauty through the details.
