Famous French designer, Laurence Brabant lives and works in Paris. Graduated from the Parisien school Duperré, she gets a bourse of the Fiacre for its project « Objets inanimés », thus she edits its own blown glass creations . Some pieces even rejoin the NFCA, National Fund of Contemporary Art.
Always seduced by the design, she knows perfectly the art of transparency, glass, cristal and excel in various domains. She has worked with big houses such as Louis Vuitton, Galeries Lafayette or again Baccarat which whom she has made the project MANU-facture in 2006. Its pieces are most of the time unique and poetic creations inspired with everyday things.
Very polyvalent, she creates jewels as well as lightings. She is since the beginning of year 2000, an environmental designer… All its creations combine the balance between functions and shapes to propose totally different products which don’t leave indifferent. Its exceptionnal way of working bring originality to the brand Forestier for whom she concepts original and modern products.
She signs for Forestier, the collection Pleins Phares, lighting with retro and innovative design.
