Born in Guatemala, Luis Arrivillaga graduated in mechanics. During his studies, he moved to Milan, where he finished his studies with two masters degrees in 2005, one in industrial design and the other in interior design.
In the second half of 2011 after an experience in London, he decided to open in Milan Luis A. Arrivillaga Studio, where he began to forge collaborations with several companies as well as industry professionals such as that of Prospero Rasulo. In 2015, together with Giulia Basile he created the design studio Arrivillaga Basile.
