Hélène Billaud and Nicolas Perdriau, a visionary and creative duo, are the founders of the French brand Az'Art.

Their story began in 2018, when they decided to develop lighting and furniture using cardboard as their main material. Their approach is to recycle cardboard into products with a contemporary, virtuous design. They then designed an up-cycling line of home decor, in which traditional know-how and local sourcing are at the heart of the creation.

In 2023, Laureen Guinaudeau and Emilie Cornuault joined the adventure. Today, the Az'Art team conceives, designs and manufactures products by hand in their Le Boupère workshop.
Their catalog features products assembled using different types of cardboard assembly:
- Structured assembly with regular shapes reminiscent of a swirl. This technique is ideal for adding movement to products.
- Random assembly, in which the irregularity of the superimposed layers adds charm to the product. This style is perfect for modern, offbeat decor.

As part of this eco-design approach, the studio also manufactures the rosettes and hooks for the fixtures to unify the whole.
Thanks to their expertise, coupled with hand-crafted production, Az'Art is also able to respond to customers' bespoke needs.

Well-thought-out and well-designed, Az'Art's products are 100% French!
