Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this small 80s chalet was no longer adapted to the lifestyle and desires of its owners. The challenge was to create 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet on the first floor, in a very attic space.
We completely redesigned the layout of this level, with a strong commitment to misleading volumes by removing as many partitions as possible and replacing them with glass elements. This frees up the feeling of space, allowing light to circulate.
The ground floor has also been completely redesigned to offer a more convivial and welcoming living space. People gather around the kitchen island, where a large custom-made bench adds to the conviviality. The living room has been designed as a cozy space, with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the peaks.
