To make this 60 m2 space more attractive, we had to break down almost all the partitions and completely rethink the shower rooms, which were not positioned in the right places. The space was partitioned off and poorly laid out, with badly damaged parquet flooring.
The customer wanted sound insulation on both the floor and ceiling. This involved removing the existing floors and ceilings. The cornices had to be reworked to retain the classic Haussmann chic.
The entire parquet floor was removed and then reinstalled to insulate the floor, but also to restore the areas where the old partitions were located. Sanding and natural vitrification gave it a new lease of life and brought light into the room.
