Based in Barcelona since 1997, Alfonso de la Fuente has evolved as a self-taught artist, bringing an air of renewal to the design landscape in the field of decoration based on hard work, talent, passion and imagination.
After arriving in Barcelona discovered the recycling of plastic, Studio Pichiglas began to reuse consumer bottles to create objects, creating its first decorative lighting device in 1997. Pichiglas then grew at great speed thanks to the continuous creativity, passion and work, always in production. with humor, irony and color, and become a participant of that fashionable Barcelona of the early years of the 21st century where everything was possible.
After achieving notable success with his line of decorative objects and accessories, the designer decided to include in his interests a complete interior design for the decoration of trendy bars, restaurants, stores, venues and clubs, some of which have already become great classics like the Barcelona-based FONFONE nightclub. Pichiglas Studio's work is not only becoming known nationally, but it is also beginning to receive orders from countries such as France and Italy. What differentiates Pichiglas Studio from other designers is precisely its ability to create textures, materials and everyday objects with real combinations of visual effects that leave no one indifferent.
