Antoni Arola is a Spanish designer based in Barcelona. Born in 1960 in Tarragona, he studied at the EINA School in Barcelona and then worked at Estudio Liévore y Pensi in 1984. It was 10 years later that he founded his own studio "Estudi Arola".
His designs have toured the world, from Milan, London to Tokyo and New York, his work is recognized around the world. He is famous for his projects in architecture, lighting design and perfume design! (as with the international brand Loewe)
He is at the origin of the Palma and Flamingo collection with the Spanish brand Vibia. For these two collections, he wanted to mix Art and cutting-edge technology thanks to LED to provide perfect lighting. For this, he has done a lot of research and experience to arrive at his designs! He won the German Design Award in 2018 with his Palma collection.
