Born in 1950, Antonio has a diploma from prestigious Insituto Politecnico de Milan. In 1972, he decides to create his own studio dedicated to industrial design. He then creates in 1999, an architecture, design and graphs agency with Patricia Viel.
What makes his singularity is his capacity to focus on the functionality and the practicity of an object while still giving it a nice and minimalist look. This simple style along with ingenuity is what make the originality of his creations.
His work have been rewarded many times, he got two Compass de Oro, the Mies van der Rose price and the Royal Designer for Industry price. Considered as a true reference in Italian design, he teaches architecture at the Italian Swiss University.
