Eugenio Gargioni received a license in industrial design from the Institute of Architecture of Genoa in 2000. After a period of professional cooperation, he co-founded the Euga Design office with the architect Paola Traversa. The institution is located in Milan and has won the Reddot Design and If Design awards and has been selected for the Adi index.

As for Guillaume Albouy, he obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Toulouse then a master's degree in industrial design. This dual training made him work for the bicycle industry. He then moved to Milan, where he founded agent Ghiom, which attracts a very diverse clientele: sports equipment, consumer goods, graphics and brand identity. Guillaume Albouy is a winner of the Design Observer Star and the IF Design Award.

These two artists worked with the house Foscarini, for whom they created the Plena pendant light, a design with unique shapes!
