Marcello Colli started by studying at the Reggio Emilia University in Italy and graduated in 1991.
As part of his studies, he met great houses and designers: Alessi, Bialetti, Barilla and Alessandro Mendini, Stefano Giovannoni, Luigi Ghirri, Ruggero Pierantoni, Antonio Caronia.
Then he decided to go for a independent career. He created partnerships with fashion related brands such as Maska, but without forgetting about the design industry such as Tegoni studio.
Colli's style stands out by its modernism and its boldness.
In 2005 he had the opportunity to collaborate with great houses around the world such as Marset, Fambuena or Bright.
In 2009, Marcello Colli created a studio in collaboration with Maurizio Di Mauro Architetto. With which they had the opportunity to work with Contardi, Meroni Mobili or Antidiva.
