Founded in 2006, AQUILIALBERG ARCHITECTS is a visionary and innovative architecture and design studio based in Milan, Italy. It specialises in the fields of architecture, urbanism, infrastructure and design at different levels of scale.
Partners Ergian Alberg and Laura Aquili combine a multicultural approach with an uncompromising implementation of high quality design and architecture. The dynamic nature of the practice allows them to explore new territories and adapt to future challenges using state-of-the-art digital design platforms and technological production techniques.
The first interior design project was for the famous auction house Christie's, for whom they designed the new headquarters and offices in Milan.
Since 2011, AQUILIALBERG has been collaborating with designer Philipp Plein, translating the brand's philosophy into a new contemporary architectural language. Recently, they were appointed architects of the fashion brand responsible for over 50 shops and showrooms worldwide.
Their product design clients include Kundalini with their EVITA lamp, Corian, Serralunga or Ritzenhoff, for whom they have participated in Salone del Mobile, ICFF, 100% Design, Design Annual, Ambiente, Maison & Objet and IMM Cologne.
AQUILIALBERG's work has been published and exhibited worldwide.
