HAUSSMANN

Apartment 185 m2 - A family apartment in the 17th district, for a modernist design lover.

To enhance the classic style of this Haussmann apartment with its moldings and herringbone parquet flooring, we opted for strong design pieces.

The rug plays up its powerful graphics, while the custom-made coffee tables bring a more brutalist, artisanal aesthetic. In this dining room, black accents contrast with immaculate white moldings.

The emerald-green wall lends depth to this bookcase. The Calacatta Viola marble table softens with its curves. Iconic design pieces such as the Eames armchair and the Kangaroo chair respond to each other. The clearings have been taken advantage of to create a dining area with its revolving bench in blond oak and its custom-made travertine table.

A walnut and taupe lacquer desk nestles near the bedrooms. Its abbaca fiber screen creates a subtle separation from the entrance. The kitchen takes on an ultra-masculine look: granite, walnut and tubular sconces.

The master suite conceals a bathroom on the left and a custom dressing room on the right. The wall has been clad in a fabric with masculine costume effects, its wide dark wood handles stretching the full height.

The offset walnut and granite headboard houses niches that double as bedside tables. On the floor, a thick woollen pile carpet warms the muffled atmosphere of this master bedroom. A young girl's bedroom with oak and rattan joinery, hidden niches and adjustable reading lights.

Everyone deserves a pretty bedroom! Ochres meet blues and the mirror reflects the Medici green of the woodwork, which goes from closet to desk to reading bench by the window. The curtains echo all these shades to finish off this comfortable bedroom.
